Police are appealing for witnesses following the report of a burglary at a business premises on the Forest Business Park in Bardon.

The premises, High 5, was left locked and secure by the owner at 5pm on Friday July 3. When he returned to the property at around 5pm on Sunday July 5 he found it had been burgled.

The suspects forced their way through a door at the back of the property made a search and took two Dell laptops from the property.

The owner of High 5 has offered a £1,000 reward for any information which may that lead to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible and the return of the stolen property.

PC Miranda Gent, the officer investigating the incident, said: “The owner of the laptops is very keen to get them back and we are hoping that by releasing this information someone will contact us with vital information.

“We have information that has lead us to believe that the premises was broken into between 2.40pm and 5pm on Sunday July 5 and so we want anyone who was in the area between these times in particular, to contact us if they saw anything suspicious.”
