Two people have been charged in connection with five burglaries in Leicester.

A 24-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were arrested by officers from Keyham Lane Local Policing Unit on Wednesday November 18.

They have been charged with three burglaries in Rushey Mead, one burglary in Belgrave and one burglary in the Northfields and Tailby area of the city.

They are due to appear before Leicester Magistrates Court this morning (Friday November 20).
